The NPC Birth Registration is a joint project between the National Population Commission (NPC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Their main goal for 2023 is to record 12.7 million births in Nigeria and give birth certificates to children who are less than 5 years old.
The project includes 21 states in Nigeria, which covers 456 local government areas (LGAs) and 4,978 wards.
This ensures a wide coverage and impact.
The chosen candidates for the NPC Birth Registration have already received their login information for the ECRVS Birth Registration portal through email.
