Kano Ramadan Feeding Program Update
Disappointing Findings at Gidan Maza Center
Earlier this evening, Governor Abba kabir Yusuf conducted an unscheduled visit to the Ramadan feeding center located in Gidan Maza, Kano Municipal Local Government. He said resources and foodstuffs have been allocated to each center, while addressing the organizer's of Ramadan feedings, he was deeply disappointed by what he found.
The conditions at the center fell short of expectations. A thorough investigation is underway to determine the cause of this issue.
He demand immediate corrective actions to ensure the program functions as intended. He added "Our goal is to support those in need during this holy month, and we will not tolerate mismanagement that hinders that objective".
