An additional 90,000 Nigerians have been chosen as fellows in the third cohort of the Federal Government's 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program.
The statement was made on Tuesday by Dr. Bosun Tijani, Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy.
The Minister said Nigerians who have not yet joined the learning community can still apply for the talent accelerator program to acquire in-demand tech skills and join a pool of technical talent for the expanding digital economy in Nigeria and around the world.

The Minister revealed that a sizable portion of the fellows in the program's first cohort were being hired as interns across the nation while announcing the selection of fellows for the second cohort.
In addition, he stated that all of the first phase fellows were at a point where they would be putting what they had learned into practice by collaborating with their colleagues and creating solutions that would demonstrate their competence at hackathons in respective states.
