🚘 Scope of Work
MSF-WaCA is requesting sealed bids for:
- Rental of 55 Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4x4 vehicles
- Minimum model year: 2018 and above
- Rental duration: 7 days (renewable)
- Deployment across Kano State (Ungogo, KMC, Nassarawa, Ngwale, Bichi, Tarauni, Kumbotso, Fagge, Dala, etc.)
Service Package Must Include:
- ✅ Diesel engine with fully functional air conditioning
- ✅ Professional driver (minimum 5 years’ experience)
- ✅ Fuel (full tank upon request)
- ✅ Full preventive & corrective maintenance
- ✅ Repairs and spare parts
- ✅ Comprehensive insurance (theft, vandalism, third-party liability)
- ✅ Replacement vehicle within 24 hours in case of breakdown
- ✅ Unlimited mileage
- ✅ MSF branding allowed during contract duration

- Company Profile
- Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Evidence of similar projects executed
- List of available vehicles (plate numbers & VIN/chassis numbers)
- Drivers’ valid licences
- Insurance certificates
- At least three (3) customer references
💰 Financial Requirements
- Price validity: Minimum of 60 days
- Evidence of Tax Clearance (last 2 years)
- Payment terms clearly stated
- 2% withholding tax applies
- Monthly rate per vehicle

- Insurance coverage (10 pts)
- Replacement lead time (10 pts)
- Driver qualifications (10 pts)

Only bidders who pass the technical evaluation stage will proceed to negotiations and inspection.
