Applications for Tax Officer posts will be accepted beginning at 12:00 am on November 2, 2024, according to the Federal Inland Revenue Service's (FIRS) official announcement of the establishment of its recruiting portal.
The tax collection agency announced on Friday that it was looking to fill Officer I and Officer II positions in several places throughout Nigeria in a tweet posted on its X (previously Twitter).
As part of its dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, the FIRS emphasized that women and people with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. Eight states—Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Ekiti, Lagos, and Oyo—will have openings for the two slots.
