🎯 Main Purpose of the Role
The selected candidate will prepare meals for patients, caretakers, and MSF staff in line with hygiene and safety standards. The goal is to ensure proper nutrition while maintaining strict food safety procedures.

📝 Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
Prepare meals according to agreed menus and dietary requirements
Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards
Keep records of kitchen stock and report shortages
Ensure proper storage of food to prevent contamination
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment
Dispose of food waste safely
Work collaboratively with cleaners, guards, and logistics staff
Report damages, incidents, or quality concerns to supervisors
Additionally, the cook may be required to perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education:
Basic literacy and numeracy (Required)
Formal cooking or catering training (Added advantage)
Experience:
At least 1 year experience as a cook or kitchen assistant
Experience cooking for groups (e.g., hospitals, camps, canteens, guesthouses) is an asset
NGO or humanitarian experience is an advantage but not mandatory
