Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Somolu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time


Description:

• A results-driven professional with excellent leadership and business sense would be perfect for this position. 
• Principal Duties Create and implement business plans to accomplish organizational objectives. 
• Oversee day-to-day activities and make sure resources are used effectively. 
• Drive profitability, monitor financial performance, and oversee budgets. 
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Encourage and lead groups to produce excellent work. 
• Create performance reports after doing an analysis of company data. 
• Keep up solid connections with stakeholders and clients. 
• Verify adherence to company policies and laws. Determine and put into practice process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operations.

Salary

• N200,000 / Month.
